- Nach einer internen sowie externen Einschulungsphase wickelst du Kundenprojekte softwareseitig zuerst mit Unterstützung und dann selbständig vor Ort ab.
- Du konfigurierst und testest die Software im Haus in einer Testumgebung.
- Danach fliegst du zu unseren Kunden, installierst, konfigurierst und testest die Software zusammen mit anderen Gewerken vor Ort.
- In der Anlaufphase unterstützt du unsere Kunden mit Tests und Schulungen.
- Zurück zuhause bereitest du das Projekt nach und übergibst das Projekt dem Customer Service.
- Du arbeitest im Projekt mit Kollegen aus internationalen Niederlassungen zusammen.

- Du verfügst idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung.
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in einer der Technologien C++, Java, PL/SQL.
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du bist gerne international unterwegs, durchschnittlich 70 % im Jahr.
- Deine Flexibilität, Neugier, Kundenorientierung und dein Pflichtbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
