Your responsibilities and tasks:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Financial Controller DACHEE & NCE (f/m/d) for deployment in Düsseldorf as soon as possible.

Your tasks include:

  • Prepare and execute weekly and monthly reporting towards regional CEO and CFO using Power BI and other tools

  • Supply Regional CEO and CFO with various financial data and analysis

  • Provide support to Regional CFO in respect of regional reporting requirements

  • Participate in preparation of reporting towards the company Board

  • Support regional CEO/Cluster/Country MDs with various analytical tasks constantly

  • Manage and steer finance related  ad hoc projects, budget review meetings, regular forecasts

  • Support internal performance initiatives (e.g. cost efficiency programs, Working capital improvement), monitoring of long-term effect

  • Participation in the regional management team together with Division Representatives, Cluster/Country MDs, Division Representatives

  • Co-ordinate budgeting and forecast process for the CEO team cost centers

  • Support Country Finance colleagues

  • Manage the process of Targets setting for Divisional representatives, provide Cluster Managers with Targets achievement results

  • Manage the Charging process in Company regarding the Regional excellence roles (QHSE, Marketing, Purchasing, etc.)

  • Analyze value-drivers on Country/Cluster level, develop and establish financial and non-financial KPIs

  • Support budget review meetings and monthly results forecasts

  • Support GEA Global SAP project intensively with a focus on local Finance requirements

  • Support and development of the Regional reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, etc)

Your profile and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of extensive in a similar role

  • Deep knowledge and skills in business, controlling and analysis

  • English (proficient), German

  • Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, strategic thinking

  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Ability to multitasking efficiently is essential

  • Able to have business trips in Europe

  • Tasks/Deadline orientated

  • IT enthusiasm is needed

  • Advanced EXCEL, Power Point, Power BI skills essential
