Your responsibilities and tasks:
Steuerung und Koordinierung der globalen P&H Service-Aktivitäten
Umwandlung des Servicegeschäfts von einer reaktiven und zentral gesteuerten Organisation in eine aktive verwaltete Service-Verkaufsorganisation unter der Leitung von R&C/Pharma Hubs
Direkte Führung eines Kernteams von 5 Direct Reports sowie eine indirekte Steuerung von bis zu 150 Mitarbeitern weltweit in den Länderserviceorganisationen
Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Servicestrategie für die Business Lines Lyophilization und Solid Dosages
Forcierung des Servicevertriebs im Centre of Competences (CoC) mit modernsten Vertriebsaktivitäten, die über unser CRM-System gesteuert und kontrolliert werden
Optimierung der Servicepreisrichtlinien für alle Serviceprodukte, Ersatzteile, Außendienst, Upgrades und Modernisierungen sowie Serviceverträge
Etablierung eines wettbewerbsfähigen Service-Produktportfolios, ergänzt durch digitale Enabler, z.B. Webshop, Remote Support und Remote Monitoring
Your profile and qualifications:
Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwesen und/oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams in einer Matrix Organisation mit eigener P&L Verantwortung
Ausgeprägte Führungs und Changemanagement Kompetenzen
Vertieftes praktisches Wissen über moderne Methoden und Werkzeuge zur Organisation von Dienstleistungsprozessen
Breites Wissen im Bereich Vertrieb/Servicemanagement/Organisation
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
