In der Abteilung S2P (Source to Pay) Efficiency entwickeln wir Produkte und Lösungen für Beschaffungs- und Supply Chain Teams. Wir konzentrieren uns auf die Digitalisierung der Arbeitsumgebung der Beschaffungsorganisation, sowie auf Analysen und Standardisierung von Prozesse.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • Projektadministration und Support

  • Entwicklung von technischen Lösungen auf Basis von Office 365

  • Unterstützung bei Systemimplementierungen

  • Systemtests

  • Vorbereitung von Power-Point-Präsentationen

  • Stammdatenbearbeitung

Your profile and qualifications:

  • Student (m/w/d) eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiengangs (ab 3. Semester), idealerweise mit Vertiefung im Bereich Supply Chain Management / Prozessmanagement

  • Erfahrung mit Office 365, Power-Plattform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.

  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

  • Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Procurement von Vorteil
