After speaking to at least 2 other locksmiths that filled me with zero confidence I was recommended KeyLab in MK and was so glad I was. From initial contact they filled me with the confidence that these guys know exactly what they are doing. Communication was clear concise and swift. Offered a mobile service in Northampton or I could go to there unit in Mk and save money. I chose to go to them and there premises is fantastic. Very very professional, they look the part and have the latest equipment and are clearly setting the standard. Mo one of the owners dealt with myself and got the job done swiftly to perfection and also did me a really good deal on a 2nd key. Don’t normally leave reviews but these guys deserve all the acknowledgements that they can get as they offer an exceptional service in my opinion and I will be highly recommending whenever I can and using in them again in the future. Excellent service. I was quoted £50 if my key could be repaired or £150 if it had to be replaced. In no time at all after turning up at the unit they confirmed it could be repaired. In and out in about 15 minutes maximum and my key was fixed perfectly at the agreed price. Can’t ask for more than that for customer service.

I highly recommend this brilliant company, they came to my home within 2 hours of calling, during festive season as I only had one key for my mini and it ran out of battery. Mo programmed two new keys for me and sorted everything out in less than half an hour. Mo is a very nice guy and the service provided + value was outstanding. Highly recommended
