Your mission

Empower business owners to scale their business by transforming the integration of financial transactions and cash flow processes into an efficient, reliable, and user-friendly experience.

Take charge of this critical area, working closely with Lennard (Sr. PM) and Simon (Sr. EM) to build a high-impact product trio.

From the start:

  • Identify key opportunities and challenges that entrepreneurs face when managing and integrating their transactions and financial flows into their accounting operations.
  • Develop, measure, and refine the most effective solutions in collaboration with a skilled engineering team deeply embedded in this domain.
  • Utilize related areas within the accounting landscape, such as invoicing, expenses or reports to create seamless, end-to-end experiences that empower business owners to succeed in managing their income and expenses.
  • Co-lead the product vision, drawing from your insights to rethink how financial management can better integrate with small to medium-sized businesses.


Your qualification

We want you to be successful in your role. We believe you’ll need to bring or grow the following qualities:

  • 5+ years of UX or Product Design experience with a proven track record of working effectively within established product teams or early-stage start-ups
  • A deep obsession with understanding customers—their needs, problems, and finding desirable solutions.
  • Strong product thinking skills, with the ability to challenge your own assumptions and those of others.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail and a passion for your craft, designing accessible user interfaces across web and mobile.
  • Experience working with user researchers and/or employing various research methods to ensure well-informed design decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of articulating your design rationale clearly. You can bring cross-functional peers and stakeholders along on the journey, continuously processing feedback and remaining open to changing your mind and direction based on relevant input. In addition German (B1+) is required for user interviews.
  • Thrive in environments where rapid learning is followed by thoughtful and swift actions. You lead by taking action.
  • A love for collaboration, both to learn from other designers, and to help them grow.
