Could you be the full-time Maintenance Documentation and Training Specialist (f/m/d) in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?
Your future role
2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You’ll report to Jens Michel, Head of Tech Publications & Trainings located in Hennigsdorf, and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look to you for:

Plan and pilot the activities for the creation of the maintenance documentation in line with project and customer requirements

Coordinate input data necessary for the creation of the maintenance documentation including sub-supplier input

Ensure a high level of standardisation of technical content to optimize re-use

Support, implement and manage projects and innovation processes in terms of maintenance documentation

Organize customer trainings (including planning, coordination of training material preparation, and logistic organisation) in line with customer requirements

Engineering Degree and/or qualification as a technical writer

Experience in the railway industry, especially railway vehicle maintenance

Business fluent in English and German is a must

Readiness to travel

SAP, XML/HTML knowledge – desirable
