About the team:
We are looking for an experienced employee in the area of controlling and finance. The main task is to coordinate and control all financial matters and to provide high-quality advice to both the local management team and the divisional or business unit management within the main tasks of finance and controlling in Saarbrücken.

Your tasks as Head Plant Controlling Saarbrücken (m/f/d):

• Management of the plant with approx. 8,000 employees with regard to the fulfilment of commercial targets at eye level with the Plant Manager (m/f/d) / Managing Director (m/f/d) for the Saarbrücken site. In addition, you will act as a deputy (m/f/d) for the plant management
• Member of the plant management team and strong involvement in negotiations with the works council within the scope of co-determination rights
• Implementation of performance controlling according to the governance steering concept for our E-Mobility
• Support in cost analysis and optimization to enable product and project-based controlling
• Responsibility for the forecast, monthly financial statements and annual financial statements as well as responsibility for strategic and operational planning for the Saarbrücken plant
• Leading, coaching and developing a team of approx. 20 employees in the controlling department

Your profile as Head Plant Controlling Saarbrücken (m/f/d):

• Master’s degree in controlling, accounting or a similar field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in plant controlling or finance, ideally with experience in production plants
• Experience in managing and leading large teams
• Knowledge of ERP systems and applications (SAP FI/CO knowledge), digitalization tools and solid PC skills as well as experience in ERP projects are required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, very good presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex business issues in German and English
