    What to expect  

    • Global enforcement and assurance of governance and continuous improvement requirements and best practices across Technology (e.g., in the areas of applications, network, infra/server operation, Cloud including SaaS and other critical areas)
    • Responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Operations governance
    • Focuses on quantitative assessment by defining SLAs, KPIs and OLAs for functional teams and partners, as well as on quantitative assessment as applicable.
    • Analyzes, evaluates, and determines the needs and requirements of IT operations and plans and drives the implementation of processes, procedures, systems, KPIs to meet them.
    • Investigates and recommends improvements and/or optimisations to tools and supporting infrastructure and supports implementation of initiatives as required.
    • Identifies potential areas of synergy and efficiency in Operations and is responsible for driving activities to leverage identified synergies in complete alignment with all relevant stakeholders
    • Builds strong relationships with internal customers, defines appropriate governance and reporting to facilitate access to operational performance data, provides transparency, enables continuous improvement across the technology business and acts on results.
    • Identifies, tracks and drives cost-saving opportunities in Operations and advising IT Operations units on optimal compliance with governance and process standards.


    What you bring

    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Governance, or related field
    • A minimum of five years of experience working within IT Operations, Service Management and/or Service Integration/Orchestration/Integration functions, preferably in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor, multi-technology environment
    • In-depth knowledge of industry-leading data quality and privacy management practices

    • Practical experience of implementing IT Ops frameworks, policies and procedures

    • Experience liaising with Internal Audit and other oversight units on enforcing compliance with company policies and best practice

    • ITIL Certified, DevOps, CSM, Agile SM, etc.
    • Well-developed leadership skills and skilled networker able to enable long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships and build and strengthen partnerships
