For this position, we are considering candidates from Gibraltar, Malta and the UK.
Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Maintain business status with customers, handle issues, and build rapport
- Ensure effective response to customer queries and issues
- Influence customers through well-developed relationships
- Understand customer organizations, products, and key contacts
- Leverage relationships to exploit Eyecon's products and games
- Maximise product distribution opportunities
- Maintain or expand Customer Account Plans and build business cases for new requests and innovations
- Negotiate variations and forecast customer actions
- Offer complementary third-party products through Eyecon
- Provide consultation and influence through knowledge and insights
- Document key customer information for knowledge sharing
