Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Technical support of 3rd-party integrators and internal teams who require domain expertise of Playtech Open Platform
  • Lead, support and troubleshoot complex and non-complex issues
  • Write, review and validate technical specifications and documentation
  • Participate in the improvement of existing internal processes
  • Assist in identification of specific interfaces, methods, parameters, as required, to support technical solutions
  • Take part in the product configuration activities, identify faulty setups and fix those if needed
  • Provide insight into recommendations for technical solutions that meet design and functional need
  • Practice self-development and promote learning in others by proactively providing information, resources, advice, and expertise with coworkers and customers; building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with internal customers and third party vendors to ensure the alignment and support of diverse project stakeholders
  • Communicating with Playtech employees from all over the world in English on daily basis

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • BS degree in Computer Science, software development or related technology field
  • Understanding RESTful services
  • Understanding of network communications and protocols, including HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, Load balancing
  • Experience with tracking systems (Jira) / wiki systems (Confluence)
  • Ability to analyzing application/system logs to identify the root cause of a problem (Kibana)
  • Analytical, and problem-solving skills are required
  • B2 English and communication skills
  • Experience on a similar position, Gambling industry experience, QA experience would be a plus
  • Experience with GIT, CI/CD tools, Python scripts will be a plus

Additional Information

POP TEAM

Playtech Open Platform provides a unified network and API for communication with the Playtech infrastructure, enabling client-side implementation by independent developers. It is an adapter between systems, and it can deliver a more accessible and seamless integration between gaming provider services and operator systems. POP will help connect third-party content providers to Playtech, supply diverse content related to game development to licensees and charges for third-party content, and have an independent game launch cycle.

POP Business integration team is responsible for cross-product configurations, specializing in troubleshooting and problem solving for seamless integration with our business customers. We welcome new ideas and improvements of day-to-day processes and activities, and openly share our methodologies, findings and knowledge.
