You can look forward to
- Developing and Testing Underwriting Rules: Use our proprietary editor and various IDEs to create efficient solutions
- Collaborative Team Environment: Work in a highly team-oriented setting with agile methodologies and state-of-the-art tool support
- Translating Client Requirements: Collaborate closely with the project team to understand and translate clients’ business requirements into technical solutions
- Knowledge Sharing and Development: Participate in workshops with our medical underwriters and international project managers to continually expand your expertise
You come equipped with
- A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or Computer Science
- Several years of experience in automated software testing with a focus on continuous integration (Cucumber/Gherkin, ISTQB certification is a plus)
- Initial experience in requirements engineering is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and software development using Java, JavaScript, Python, Unix/Linux
- Proficiency in English and conversational user skills in German, combined with excellent communication skills
- An international mindset, confident demeanor, and willingness to travel occasionally
- A service-oriented, collaborative approach in working with international stakeholders and colleagues
