You can look forward to

  • Administration and further development of the ServiceNow platform
  • Conception, design and implementation of applications in ServiceNow
  • Recording and realisation of requirements for internal customers
  • Design, documentation and development of workflows for the ServiceNow-based service portal
  • Use of suitable test methods and strategies across the entire product life cycle

You come equipped with

  • Degree in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Initial practical experience (e.g. in the form of internships or working student activities) is an advantage
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML5 and CSS
  • Expertise in interface development (web services, REST, SOAP, XML)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with strong communication skills and an independent way of working
  • SCRUM certification desirable
  • German and English at a business fluent level
