You can look forward to
- Administration and further development of the ServiceNow platform
- Conception, design and implementation of applications in ServiceNow
- Recording and realisation of requirements for internal customers
- Design, documentation and development of workflows for the ServiceNow-based service portal
- Use of suitable test methods and strategies across the entire product life cycle
You come equipped with
- Degree in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience (e.g. in the form of internships or working student activities) is an advantage
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML5 and CSS
- Expertise in interface development (web services, REST, SOAP, XML)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with strong communication skills and an independent way of working
- SCRUM certification desirable
- German and English at a business fluent level
