What You’ll Do

 

  • Performs inspections, checks testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes.
  • Carries out packaging line, manufacturing inspections and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met.
  • Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation.
  • May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays.
  • May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated.

 

Who We’re Looking For

 

  • Technical apprenticeship diploma or equivalent (HTL)
  • Several years of experience in quality assurance or equivalent
  • Very good technical understanding, analytical and logical thinking 
  • IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office applications, SAP an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of English 
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other teams and departments
  • Precise and structured way of working, strong sense of duty and quality 
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility
  • Willingness to work independently

 

Compensation


This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group D or E depending on education. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
The chosen candidate will be hired through third party employment agency.

Employment in Austria

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise, education, and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
